In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just return your whyrun.co.uk purchase within 30 days and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Please just contact support@whyrun.co.uk and we will forward you a prepaid postage label for the return, once received at whyrun.co.uk we will issue the full refund.
Any damage as a result of external factors, e.g. due to bad handling by the customer, are not covered by this return policy. whyrun.co.uk reserves the right to unilaterally amend, suspend, or terminate this policy, or, in the event of policy abuse, exclude customers from its application.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@whyrun.co.uk and we will arrange a prepaid postage label to be emailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
