Here’s the session:
🏃♂️ **Warm-up:** 10-15 mins easy jogging
⏱️ **Main Set:** 5 x 5 minutes @ your goal 10K pace
🚶♀️ **Recovery:** 2.5 mins easy jog/walk between each rep
👍 **Cool-down:** 10-15 mins easy jogging
