My running performances took a nosedive - until I started doing weights before my runs

Ever hit the gym and wonder: should I run first or lift first? 🤔 It's a classic debate, and the answer can make a big difference to your training!
If your main goal is to improve your running – hitting a new PB or going the distance – lace up those trainers and **run first.** You need fresh legs to perform at your best. A heavy squat session beforehand will only fatigue your muscles and sabotage your pace.
Save the strength work for after your run, or even better, on a separate day. This helps build a stronger, more resilient running body without compromising your key sessions.
What's your go-to routine? Run then lift, or the other way around? Let us know in the comments! 👇
