Here's the deal: While cycling is a fantastic low-impact way to build cardio and give your joints a break, it can't fully replace running. To get better at the specific impact of running... you simply have to run!
The winning strategy is to supplement, not replace.
💡 **PRO-TIP:** To get a similar cardio workout, your bike ride should be 2-3 times LONGER than the run you're skipping. So that 30-minute run just became a 60-90 minute bike ride!
